About Us

Cosgrove Capital is a real estate investment firm, with opportunities ranging from distressed assets and repositioning to new development.

In the beginning of 2013, after the success of a number of acquisitions in the Atlanta Metro Region, Maggie Sprenger and Larry Stack founded Cosgrove Capital. The focus was on cash flow positive multi-family rental properties which could be acquired for less than replacement value, and had potential for repositioning.

We aim to generate strong returns by focusing on growing regions with improving trends, and favorable business climates. In the case of acquisitions, we find discounted assets and focus on growing NOI. In the Georgia market, we work with our in-house property management team, which specializes in asset turn-around and repositioning.
